✨ What you’ll be working on
As an Advanced Associate, Customer Service (Accommodations Scheduling Coordinator), you’ll help coordinate approved testing accommodations for candidates across different programs. You’ll work with candidates, clients, vendors, internal teams, and testing centers to make sure everything is ready before exam day.

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate testing appointments for candidates with approved accommodations.
- Assist candidates and clients with accommodation-related questions.
- Schedule additional support such as readers, interpreters, translators, or recorders when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to arrange equipment, software, exam materials, and shipping.
- Communicate testing requirements with exam centers to ensure everything is prepared before the appointment.
- Manage accommodation approval information securely and accurately.
- Support customer service teams by handling accommodation-related requests.
- Work closely with multiple teams to resolve scheduling challenges quickly.
- Follow client-specific accommodation policies and guidelines.
- Escalate complex accommodation requests whenever necessary.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- High attention to detail.
- Comfortable handling confidential information.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Able to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for helping customers and delivering a positive experience.
