Beyond Finance is hiring Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join their fully remote Client Success team. If you have call center experience, speak Spanish fluently, and enjoy helping people solve real problems, this remote role could be a great fit.
Beyond Finance helps people break free from debt and build a brighter financial future. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the primary point of contact for clients enrolled in their financial hardship programs and play a key role in delivering a positive customer experience.
This is a 100% remote call center role with paid training and strong career growth opportunities.
What you will do
- Handle inbound customer calls and provide best-in-class support
- Educate clients about Beyond Finance programs
- Listen carefully, understand problems, and provide solutions
- Document all interactions in the CRM system
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve client concerns
- Manage high call volumes in a work-from-home environment
What Beyond Finance is looking for
- Minimum 1 year call center experience
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and computers
- Reliable high-speed internet and distraction-free workspace
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends

Work Schedule
Call center operates 7 days a week
Mon–Fri: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM CST
Sat–Sun: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM CST
