Clipboard is hiring a Remote Customer Experience Specialist to support healthcare professionals via chat, voice, and email using Zendesk and Salesforce. Full-time remote role for candidates in Africa, South America, and the Caribbean.

About the Role

At Clipboard, Customer Experience Specialists are on the front lines of a high-trust healthcare marketplace. You will support healthcare professionals in real time, solve urgent issues related to shifts, payments, and platform access, and help maintain a reliable, high-performing system used by thousands daily.

Clipboard operates 24/7. You will work 5 days in a 7-day cycle, and Saturday & Sunday availability is mandatory.
What You’ll Do
- Provide fast, empathetic support via chat, voice, and email
- Resolve issues related to shifts, payments, and platform usage
- Use tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, and Google Workspace to manage cases
- Maintain accurate documentation and internal notes
- Personalize communication and ensure high-quality responses
- Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements
- Help onboard new healthcare workers and guide them confidently
- Apply sound judgment and escalate only when necessary
What Clipboard Is Looking For
- Fluent, professional English (spoken and written)
- 2+ years of customer support experience (chat or voice)
- 2+ years using CRM tools such as Zendesk or Salesforce
- 2+ years using Google Workspace in a professional setting
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Team-oriented attitude with a sense of ownership
System Requirements
- Minimum 15 Mbps wired internet connection
- Minimum i5 processor (or equivalent)
- Minimum 12 GB RAM
- Quiet workspace with stable power and internet
