Contract IT Support Engineer (US Shift) – Remote India | macOS, Windows, MDM, Google Workspace
Findem is hiring an experienced Contract IT Support Engineer to strengthen global IT operations. If you’re great with macOS, Windows, MDM tools, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and endpoint security and can work US shift hours, this remote role is for you.

Role Overview
As a hands-on IT Support Engineer, you will partner with the IT Manager to deliver reliable end-user support across time zones during US business hours. You’ll handle onboarding, device management, application support, security compliance, and IT operations in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
Location: India (Remote) / Bangalore
Shift: US Shift (mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
End-User Technical Support
- Provide L1 & L2 support for macOS, Windows, VPN, SSO, and networks
- Troubleshoot tickets within defined SLAs across regions
- Support distributed teams across time zones
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Provision laptops and devices via MDM tools
- Manage user accounts across business applications
- Ensure smooth access, equipment delivery, and transitions
Device & Asset Management
- Maintain asset inventory and tracking
- Coordinate repairs, replacements, and device logistics
- Ensure devices meet company security standards
Application & System Support
- Administer Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Zoom, 1Password
- Troubleshoot app integrations and system issues
- Monitor compliance and performance dashboards
Security & Compliance
- Ensure endpoints meet encryption and patching baselines
- Support SOC 2 and ISO evidence collection
- Assist in access reviews and compliance reporting
Project & Documentation Support
- Assist with IT automation, integration, and scaling projects
- Support frameworks like ISO 27001 and ISO 42001
- Maintain SOPs, how-to guides, and asset logs
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–8 years in IT support or systems support
- Strong experience with macOS & Windows troubleshooting
- Expertise in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 admin
- Hands-on with MDM tools like Rippling, Intune, Jamf, Kandji
- Basic networking knowledge: DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work US shift
Nice to Have
- Experience with SOC 2 and ISO 27001
- CompTIA Security+ or Google Cybersecurity certifications
- Familiarity with Snowflake, Jira admin, scripting, automation
- Experience in SaaS or startup environments
