About the Role
The Support Associate plays a key role in Support & Operations, acting as the first point of contact for inbound requests, issue triage, and cross-functional coordination.
You will support internal teams and customers by ensuring smooth operational flow, accurate documentation, and timely resolution of issues.
This role requires working strictly during EST or PST hours to support North American teams.
Key Responsibilities
Case Intake & Management
- Handle support requests via email, chat, phone, and ticketing systems
- Log, categorize, and prioritize cases in Salesforce, JIRA, or similar tools
- Perform first-level troubleshooting and meet SLA targets
Issue Triage & Resolution
- Diagnose platform, access, and workflow issues
- Escalate complex cases with clear documentation
- Follow up to ensure timely resolution
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Operations
- Support internal teams with access and system navigation
Reporting & Operations Excellence
- Maintain accurate case notes and data hygiene
- Identify trends, bottlenecks, and process improvements
- Contribute to SOPs and knowledge base updates
Customer Experience
- Deliver professional, empathetic communication
- Guide users on platform usage and best practices
Requirements
Must Have
- Based in India and able to work full EST or PST shift
- 1–3 years experience in Support, Operations, or Customer Service
- Strong communication, organization, and ownership
- Comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems
Good to Have
- Experience with Salesforce, JIRA, Zendesk, or ticketing tools
- Experience supporting North American stakeholders
- Understanding of process documentation and continuous improvement
