Writesonic is hiring a Product Support Specialist to deliver world-class customer support for its AI SEO and Generative Engine Optimization platform used by 20,000+ marketers globally.

This is a fully remote, full-time SaaS support role where you will help customers resolve issues, understand product features, and get maximum value from Writesonic’s AI-powered tools.

If you have experience in technical support, SaaS tools, SEO platforms, or AI products, this role offers a strong growth path into customer success and product operations.

What You’ll Do

• Provide customer support via chat, email, and community channels
• Troubleshoot technical and product issues with engineering collaboration
• Guide users on Writesonic’s SEO and GEO features
• Create FAQs, help docs, and knowledge base articles
• Share customer feedback insights with the product team
• Support onboarding and product adoption for new users

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years experience in SaaS or technical product support
• Familiarity with SEO tools, AI tools, or marketing platforms
• Experience with Intercom, Zendesk, or Freshdesk
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical mindset and troubleshooting ability
• Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced startup
