Higlobe is hiring a Remote Customer Success Representative in India for its international payments platform serving freelancers and global professionals.
About Higlobe
Higlobe is an international payments platform helping freelancers and independent professionals receive payments instantly from US clients with zero transaction fees. The platform is built to remove payment barriers and create more global work opportunities.
As a Customer Success Representative, you will provide fast, accurate, and empathetic support via email, live chat, phone, and social channels while helping customers onboard, troubleshoot issues, and adopt the platform successfully.
This is a fully remote role with standard Indian working hours after training.
What You’ll Do
- Provide fintech customer support via chat, email, phone, and social media to global users
- Educate customers on best practices, onboarding, and product adoption
- Troubleshoot technical and payment-related issues with internal teams
- Analyze customer feedback and share insights with product and operations
- Manage local social media communication for Indian users
- Create FAQs, reports, and internal help documentation
- Assist marketing with competitor research, translations, and content
- Test new features and support product quality initiatives
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in customer support or customer success for a financial or fintech product
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to simplify complex topics for customers
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
- Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-first mindset
Nice to Have
- Experience with Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Monday, or ticketing tools
- Social media management experience
