- Respond to player queries via live chat, email, and support platforms
- Ensure no player message goes unanswered
- Manage expectations with timely updates and resolutions
- Maintain accurate records of issues and solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams for admin tasks and translations
- Complete support tasks that impact overall player satisfaction
