✨ What you’ll be working on

Stuba is an award-winning global accommodation wholesaler serving travel agents and tour operators, with offices in Australia, India, UAE, UK, and USA. The company is known for delivering exceptional service within the travel industry.

In this role, you’ll investigate supplier-related booking errors, identify liability, and recover financial losses through structured dispute handling and negotiation.

This is a fully remote position.

What You’ll Do

• Investigate supplier-related booking errors and financial loss cases
• Review documentation and identify supplier responsibility
• Prepare structured escalation emails outlining contractual obligations and evidence
• Communicate directly with suppliers to negotiate refunds, credits, or compensation
• Follow up persistently on outstanding disputes
• Collaborate with internal teams to establish booking liability
• Recover losses to minimize financial impact on the business
• Ensure compliance with company terms, supplier agreements, and industry guidelines
• Provide occasional cover for the Supplier Coordination Team

Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing supplier communication, disputes, or escalations
• Strong understanding of company T&Cs, supplier commercial agreements, and industry guidelines
• Ability to independently manage disputes while working collaboratively within a team
• Sound knowledge of web-based applications
• Good English verbal and excellent written communication skills
• Experience in outbound calling, confidently contacting suppliers to follow up on disputes

Desirable Experience

• Experience in the travel industry
• Working knowledge of CRM systems
