What You’ll Be Working On
As a Customer Success Manager for Enterprise Accounts, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to Truv’s largest fintech and financial institution clients. This is a high-impact remote role directly influencing revenue growth, adoption, and long-term customer retention.
What You’ll Do
- Own outcomes for Truv’s largest and most complex enterprise customers
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across multiple business units
- Drive enterprise-wide product adoption and maximize utilization
- Lead large-scale implementations across multiple systems and use cases
- Design tailored enablement programs and training initiatives
- Analyze customer data to uncover insights and optimize performance
- Proactively identify risks and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve them
- Partner with Account Executives to drive renewals, upsells, and expansions
What They’re Looking For
- 5+ years of Customer Success experience in SaaS
- Experience working with enterprise or Fortune 500 clients
- Strong understanding of enterprise CS lifecycle and measurable impact
- Experience leading large-scale software rollouts
- Ability to translate complex technical products into business value
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Background in fintech, mortgage, or financial services (preferred)
- Startup experience with ability to scale processes quickly
