✨ What you’ll be working on

Customer Onboarding Specialist remote job for a SaaS platform. Guide setup, training & adoption for global clients. Full-time work from home role.

Canibuild improves how the residential construction industry designs, approves, and sells projects by automating complex building feasibility and approval processes.

The platform answers a critical question in minutes instead of weeks: “Can I build this on this plot of land?”

We are a fast-growing SaaS startup backed by one of Australia’s largest hedge funds, serving customers across Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and the United States.


What You’ll Be Working On

You will guide new customers from signup to successful adoption ensuring they understand the product, implement it correctly, and gain value quickly.

This is a customer onboarding + implementation role focused on activation, adoption, and customer satisfaction.


What You’ll Do

Account Setup & Walkthroughs

  • Conduct onboarding sessions and product walkthroughs
  • Help customers implement the platform
  • Answer setup questions and remove blockers

Communication & Education

  • Set expectations with stakeholders
  • Explain product capabilities and best practices
  • Simplify adoption for non-technical users

Documentation & CRM Management

  • Record onboarding progress in CRM
  • Track customer requests and implementation needs

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work with Sales, Customer Success, IT, Finance, and Business teams
  • Ensure smooth customer onboarding lifecycle

Feedback & Improvement

  • Collect and analyze customer feedback
  • Improve onboarding workflows and processes

Relationship Building

  • Understand customer business goals
  • Build strong long-term relationships
  • Proactively solve customer concerns

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Architecture knowledge is a plus)
  • Experience in onboarding, implementation, or customer success
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • CRM familiarity
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams
