Remote Customer Service Representative role supporting order processing, tracking, and client communication for Sysco Guest Supply with pay $16.06 to $24.04 per hour plus benefits.
Sysco Guest Supply (Guest Worldwide), a subsidiary of Sysco, provides hospitality products to more than 25,000 hotels across 109 countries. As part of a global $54B distribution organization, the team supports hotel operations through logistics, order management, and customer service excellence.
We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative to assist Territory Managers and customers with orders, tracking, shipping inquiries, and problem resolution.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Order management and tracking support
- Handling customer inquiries via calls and email
- Resolving delivery and shipment issues
- Supporting internal teams and territory managers
What You’ll Do
Customer Support
- Answer incoming calls and emails from customers and Territory Managers
- Provide ETA, proof of delivery, order status and history
- Assist with pricing and product information
- Send order confirmations and acknowledgements
Order Processing
- Process new orders, cancellations, additions and returns
- Handle invoices, credits and backorders
- Update drop-ship vendor details and product specifications
- Coordinate stock availability and substitutions
Problem Resolution
- Investigate delivery discrepancies and shipment issues
- Process adjustment requests and return authorizations
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
Internal Collaboration
- Work with Accounting on held orders
- Coordinate with Purchasing for shipment tracking and replacements
- Participate in training programs and continuous learning

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required (college preferred)
- 2+ years customer service experience
- Call center experience is a plus
- Knowledge of shipping, inventory or order processing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and databases
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
