Work remotely as a Customer Success Manager at HappyCo helping SaaS customers adopt the platform, drive renewals, and grow long-term partnerships across the United States.

HappyCo builds cloud and mobile solutions that help property management teams operate more efficiently using real-time data. Their platform powers more than 5 million units and supports multifamily communities worldwide.

HappyCo is hiring a Customer Success Manager to drive adoption, retention, and long-term partnerships across enterprise customer accounts. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers toward measurable business outcomes while collaborating with internal teams.


What You’ll Be Working On

  • Strategic account relationships
  • Product adoption and value realization
  • Customer retention and renewals
  • Cross-functional collaboration

What You’ll Do

Strategic Account Management

  • Create and execute customer success plans aligned with business goals
  • Build relationships from users to executive stakeholders
  • Lead onboarding and best practice adoption
  • Conduct business reviews and engagement sessions

Customer Health & Retention

  • Monitor usage data and customer sentiment
  • Identify risk indicators and manage escalations
  • Ensure renewal readiness and long-term retention
  • Support expansion opportunities with Account Managers

Product Advocacy & Enablement

  • Share customer feedback with Product teams
  • Help shape feature improvements and roadmap priorities
  • Deliver presentations, training, and enablement content

Collaboration & Process Improvement

  • Work with Sales, Support, and Implementation teams
  • Improve customer lifecycle processes
  • Contribute to operational excellence initiatives

Requirements

  • 3+ years Customer Success experience in SaaS
  • Multifamily or PropTech industry experience
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Independent execution and ownership mindset

  • Gainsight or similar CS platforms
  • Experience using AI tools to improve workflows
