What You’ll Be Working On

As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll work closely with support management, technical product specialists, and the R&D team to resolve customer issues and improve user experience.

You’ll handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot product-related concerns, escalate technical issues when needed, and ensure every customer interaction is handled with professionalism and care.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot and identify product-related issues
  • Report bugs and feature requests to the internal R&D team
  • Follow up with customers until issues are fully resolved
  • Manage support tickets through all resolution stages
  • Escalate critical customer issues based on severity
  • Stay updated on new product features and updates
  • Maintain internal documentation and knowledge-sharing resources
  • Collaborate with support teams and cross-functional departments
  • Deliver fast, helpful, and customer-focused support experiences

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Previous experience in customer support or customer-facing roles
  • Strong problem-solving and listening skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with strong ownership mentality
  • Team player with positive attitude and professionalism
  • Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to prioritize workload based on customer needs
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
