What You’ll Be Working On
As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll work closely with support management, technical product specialists, and the R&D team to resolve customer issues and improve user experience.
You’ll handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot product-related concerns, escalate technical issues when needed, and ensure every customer interaction is handled with professionalism and care.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and identify product-related issues
- Report bugs and feature requests to the internal R&D team
- Follow up with customers until issues are fully resolved
- Manage support tickets through all resolution stages
- Escalate critical customer issues based on severity
- Stay updated on new product features and updates
- Maintain internal documentation and knowledge-sharing resources
- Collaborate with support teams and cross-functional departments
- Deliver fast, helpful, and customer-focused support experiences
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Previous experience in customer support or customer-facing roles
- Strong problem-solving and listening skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with strong ownership mentality
- Team player with positive attitude and professionalism
- Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to prioritize workload based on customer needs
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
