What You’ll Be Working On
As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll help customers troubleshoot technical issues, respond to support tickets, and ensure a smooth customer experience across multiple communication channels.
You’ll work closely with internal teams and external customers to solve problems quickly and build long-term customer trust.
What You’ll Do
- Handle customer support requests through phone, email, software platforms, and internal systems
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related customer issues
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalated support cases
- Communicate with customers proactively before issues become larger problems
- Maintain fast response times and high-quality customer service standards
- Use CRM and ticketing systems to manage and track cases
- Collaborate with Product and Support teams to improve customer experience
- Build strong relationships with customers through clear and timely communication
- Use tools like Salesforce, Zoom, Slack, and other support platforms
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer support or technical support experience
- Experience handling customer interactions virtually or in person
- Familiarity with high-volume ticketing systems
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce is preferred
- Comfortable using remote communication tools such as Zoom and Slack
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple support requests
