AssetWatch is hiring a Bilingual Customer Support Representative to support customers in both English and Spanish. This remote role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical issues, helping customers, and working in a fast-paced support environment.
The company helps manufacturers prevent downtime through predictive maintenance technology and is growing rapidly across North America.
What You’ll Be Working On
As part of the support team, you’ll assist customers with technical and network-related issues while providing high-quality customer service in both English and Spanish.
You’ll work closely with customers, internal teams, and product stakeholders to ensure quick resolutions and a smooth support experience.
What You’ll Do
- Handle customer support requests through phone, email, ticketing systems, and internal tools
- Support customers in both English and Spanish through written and verbal communication
- Assist customers primarily based in Mexico with clear and professional communication
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex customer cases
- Proactively contact customers before issues escalate
- Manage multiple support requests while maintaining response-time goals
- Use CRM and support platforms like Salesforce, Zoom, and Slack
- Share customer feedback with Product and Support teams to improve the customer experience
- Build strong customer relationships through timely and effective communication
Requirements
- 2+ years of technical support or related experience
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Experience with ticketing systems and high-volume support environments
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across teams
- Must reside within the Eastern Time Zone
