First Advantage is hiring a Customer Success Analyst to support enterprise clients and help ensure a smooth customer experience across multiple products and services. This remote opportunity is ideal for professionals who enjoy working with data, solving customer challenges, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
You’ll work closely with Customer Success Managers, Operations, Sales, and other internal teams to analyze customer needs, provide reporting insights, and help maintain strong client relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Support Customer Success Managers with daily account-related tasks.
- Assist with account setup, customer support requests, and client escalations.
- Research, analyze, and deliver reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage CRM tickets while ensuring service commitments are met.
- Maintain client documentation, account records, and partnership logs.
- Analyze customer trends and provide insights to improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify process improvements.
- Support customer training initiatives and knowledge-sharing programs.
- Help ensure customers receive timely and effective support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of customer service or customer success experience.
- Experience working directly with customers and client accounts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Salesforce, Siebel, or similar CRM platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to interpret customer data and identify meaningful trends.
- Experience creating reports, presentations, and client-facing documentation.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
