DoorDash is hiring an Associate, Customer Experience to improve support processes and experience for Dashers. You will work closely with Customer Experience, Product, Engineering, and Tools teams to design smarter workflows, analyze performance data, and lead impactful operational projects.

What You’ll Do
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve Dasher support experience
- Use data (Excel/SQL) to identify process gaps and improvement areas
- Design and execute projects from idea to measurable results
- Track and report key success metrics
- Lead priority initiatives with support and company leadership
- Optimize speed, quality, and effectiveness of customer support operations
What DoorDash Looks For
- 2+ years of experience in operations, analytics, or customer experience
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with SQL and Excel for data analysis
- Ability to work across multiple teams and responsibilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments
Salary Range
$64,600 – $95,000 USD per year (location-based)
Plus equity grants.
