Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or sales
• Background in hospitality, travel, or booking support preferred
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and remote work software

• Flexible to work across time zones for global customers
