✨ What you’ll be working on
Clipboard Health is hiring Client Support Specialists to support their workplace (B2B) customers.
This is not a typical call center job. You will be the primary support contact for business clients, helping them resolve shift issues, payment concerns, and platform questions quickly and professionally.
This is primarily a voice support role, with some email handling.
What You’ll Do
- Provide fast, empathetic support via voice and email
- Resolve issues related to shifts, payments, and platform usage
- Use tools like Zendesk and internal dashboards to investigate and document cases
- Apply problem-solving skills instead of scripts
- Work with Billing, Account Management, and Operations teams to resolve cases
- Maintain high standards of ownership and professionalism

- Comfortable handling business clients over calls
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- High accountability and customer-first mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
No degree or specific experience required, skills matter more than credentials.
System Requirements
- Laptop/Desktop (No Chromebook or Linux)
- 20 Mbps wired internet
- Wired headset

Working Schedule
- 5 days a week
- 9-hour shifts with 1.5 hours break
- Weekend availability is mandatory
- Shift timings are in Pacific Time (convert to your local time)
- Fixed weekly days off based on business needs
