Job Role: Community, Social & Customer Care (Remote)
You will own daily customer interactions across email, chat, and social platforms while actively engaging with the online community. This role requires independent thinking, strong judgment, and the ability to respond appropriately without relying on scripts.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries across email, chat, comments, and DMs
- Maintain consistent brand voice across public and private interactions
- De-escalate customer issues with empathy and clarity
- Engage with the community through meaningful conversations
- Identify patterns in customer feedback and share insights with the team
- Ensure tone, context, and intent are considered in every response
- Escalate issues responsibly when required
- Contribute to improving customer experience and messaging
Requirements
- Strong written English communication skills
- Experience in customer care, chat support, or social media handling
- Ability to manage public-facing conversations confidently
- High level of ownership and independent decision-making
- Understanding of customer psychology and brand responsibility
- Comfortable working without scripts or constant supervision
- Proactive mindset and willingness to grow with the company
Salary
₹6,00,000 – ₹9,00,000 per annum
