✨ What you’ll be working on

Brady Technologies is hiring Customer Operations Associates to provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to global energy market customers using Brady’s trading and risk management platforms.

This is a remote customer technical support role ideal for candidates experienced in application support, SQL, ticketing systems, and customer operations in fintech, energy, or trading environments.

You’ll act as the primary support contact for customers worldwide, ensuring fast issue resolution, professional communication, and adherence to service level agreements.

Work Type: Full Time — Remote (Customer Support / Technical Support)

What You’ll Do

  • Handle 1st and 2nd line support via phone and JIRA
  • Investigate, diagnose, and replicate customer issues
  • Work closely with senior engineers to resolve complex cases
  • Monitor support queues and proactively assign tickets
  • Maintain accurate ticket updates and documentation in JIRA
  • Write SQL queries to investigate data-related issues
  • Support software patching and delivery processes
  • Assist with customer implementation and expansion tasks
  • Maintain user documentation and internal Wiki updates
  • Manage application tasks on customer systems
  • Provide occasional onsite or implementation support if required

Work From Home Requirements

  • Reliable high-speed internet
  • Comfortable using JIRA, databases, and remote access tools
  • Familiar with virtual servers, cloud environments, and security
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Teams, Webex, and collaboration tools

Requirements

  • Experience in application / software support
  • Strong SQL query writing skills
  • Experience with ticketing systems like JIRA
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to set expectations and align with SLAs
  • Familiar with Windows environments, cloud, and databases
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced global support environment

Skills That Help

  • Background in energy trading, finance, risk, or commodities markets
  • Experience supporting SaaS or financial software
  • Understanding of customer operations in technical environments
  • Exposure to online services and infrastructure management

Education

Graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, or similar numerate field (or equivalent experience).
