✨ What you’ll be working on

As a Customer Operations Associate, you’ll work within the Customer Success team and help customers get better results from the platform. A lot of your day will be spent inside the software managing candidate pipelines, checking data, keeping roles up to date, and handling the behind-the-scenes work that keeps customer accounts moving.

Your main focus will be supporting RippleMatch customers and helping recruitment teams connect with the right candidates.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage candidate pipelines for customer accounts.
  • Set up roles to attract the right mix and volume of candidates.
  • Write and send candidate outreach messages.
  • Track outreach performance and make adjustments when needed.
  • Monitor how customers are using the product.
  • Review data to spot trends and solve customer problems.
  • Use spreadsheets and customer data to support better decisions.
  • Learn the RippleMatch platform and become comfortable with its tools and settings.
  • Keep customer roles and account settings accurate and up to date.
  • Manage projects that support account and Customer Success team goals.
  • Work closely with Customer Success Managers.
  • Help with customer requests and day-to-day operational needs.
  • Solve product-related customer issues and share useful feedback with internal teams.
  • Keep candidate pipelines organised and moving.
  • Help improve the experience for both customers and candidates.

What We’re Looking For

  • 0–3 years of experience in an operations, administrative, or customer-facing role. Internships count.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort following clear processes.
  • Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Able to work with data and use it to answer questions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A self-starter who is willing to take ownership of tasks.
  • Quick to learn new tools, software, and systems.
  • Comfortable asking questions when something isn’t clear.
  • Able to stay organised when priorities change.
  • Comfortable with repetitive and detail-heavy work during busy periods.
  • A collaborative teammate who communicates when something isn’t working.
  • Curious about how products and platforms work.
  • Genuinely interested in helping candidates find job opportunities.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to SQL.
  • Experience working at a startup or interest in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience managing projects from idea through completion.
