We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative based in Latin America to support customers across multiple channels while collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth buying and selling experience.

What You’ll Do
Customer Support
- Answer inbound calls and emails promptly
- Handle live chat inquiries in real time
- Provide order updates and product information
- Assist customers with buying and selling process
Problem Solving
- Identify customer needs and investigate issues
- Research orders and account details
- Provide solutions and alternatives
- Maintain high satisfaction standards
Collaboration
- Act as liaison between HQ and retail teams
- Support multiple departments across operations
- Help improve customer experience workflows

Requirements
