Remote Customer Service Representative role at Rebag supporting phone, email, and live chat inquiries for a luxury eCommerce platform serving global customers.

Rebag is a leading luxury resale marketplace for designer handbags, accessories, shoes, and apparel. Founded in 2014 and backed by major venture investors, the company combines sustainability with accessible luxury through a seamless online and retail experience.

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative based in Latin America to support customers across multiple channels while collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth buying and selling experience.


What You’ll Be Working On

  • Multichannel customer communication
  • Order support and issue resolution
  • Customer relationship building
  • Cross-team coordination

What You’ll Do

Customer Support

  • Answer inbound calls and emails promptly
  • Handle live chat inquiries in real time
  • Provide order updates and product information
  • Assist customers with buying and selling process

Problem Solving

  • Identify customer needs and investigate issues
  • Research orders and account details
  • Provide solutions and alternatives
  • Maintain high satisfaction standards

Collaboration

  • Act as liaison between HQ and retail teams
  • Support multiple departments across operations
  • Help improve customer experience workflows

Requirements
