Modivcare is hiring remote Customer Service Representatives in Virginia to support members with transportation and healthcare-related service requests. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working in a structured call center environment, this work-from-home opportunity is for you.

Start Date: March 24, 2026
Schedule: Monday to Friday (24/7 contact center – flexibility required)

This is a voice-based remote call center role for candidates living in Virginia.

What You’ll Do

• Handle high-volume inbound calls (up to 100+ calls per day)
• Assist members with transportation scheduling, changes, and cancellations
• Follow structured scripts and protocols to document conversations
• Accurately input trip and member data into systems
• Educate members about services and insurance coverage
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department
• Work across multiple systems while speaking with members

Remote Work Requirements

• Internet speed: Minimum 25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload
• Ability to hardwire directly to modem
• Dedicated private workspace for handling sensitive information
• Attend 100% of training on camera for first 30 days

Requirements

• Must reside in Virginia
• High School Diploma or GED
• 6+ months customer service or contact center experience
• Ability to type 35 WPM while speaking
• Comfortable handling 100+ calls per day
• Strong English communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays if scheduled

$14.00 per hour
