HappyCo builds cloud and mobile solutions that help property management teams operate more efficiently using real-time data. Their platform powers more than 5 million units and supports multifamily communities worldwide.
HappyCo is hiring a Customer Success Manager to drive adoption, retention, and long-term partnerships across enterprise customer accounts. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers toward measurable business outcomes while collaborating with internal teams.

What You’ll Do
Strategic Account Management
- Create and execute customer success plans aligned with business goals
- Build relationships from users to executive stakeholders
- Lead onboarding and best practice adoption
- Conduct business reviews and engagement sessions
Customer Health & Retention
- Monitor usage data and customer sentiment
- Identify risk indicators and manage escalations
- Ensure renewal readiness and long-term retention
- Support expansion opportunities with Account Managers
Product Advocacy & Enablement
- Share customer feedback with Product teams
- Help shape feature improvements and roadmap priorities
- Deliver presentations, training, and enablement content
Collaboration & Process Improvement
- Work with Sales, Support, and Implementation teams
- Improve customer lifecycle processes
- Contribute to operational excellence initiatives

Requirements
- 3+ years Customer Success experience in SaaS
- Multifamily or PropTech industry experience
