✨ What you’ll be working on

Work remotely as a Customer Success Manager at Harbor Compliance managing B2B client accounts, retention strategy, and account growth while earning $60,000 to $75,000 annually plus benefits.

We are looking for a proactive Customer Success Manager who will ensure client satisfaction, improve retention, and drive long-term partnerships. You will act as a trusted advisor and help customers maximize value from Harbor Compliance services.


What You’ll Be Working On

  • Managing key customer relationships
  • Improving retention and satisfaction metrics
  • Driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Supporting customers through strategic guidance

What You’ll Do

Customer Retention

  • Maintain 90%+ retention rate across assigned accounts
  • Identify at-risk clients and implement recovery strategies
  • Conduct regular business reviews and check-ins

Customer Growth

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Understand customer goals and usage patterns
  • Collaborate with Account Management for revenue expansion

Customer Satisfaction

  • Maintain strong CSAT score
  • Handle escalations and problem resolution
  • Provide product feedback to internal teams
  • Connect customers to resources and partners

Requirements

  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Gainsight, HubSpot or similar)
