What You’ll Be Working On

  • Manage a portfolio of 40+ mid-market SaaS accounts
  • Lead onboarding and product training for new customers
  • Build long-term, trusted client relationships
  • Provide dedicated support and strategic guidance
  • Track usage analytics and identify account expansion opportunities
  • Collaborate with product engineers to improve user experience
  • Partner with Sales to drive revenue growth within accounts
  • Identify networking, referral, and upsell opportunities
  • Monitor account health using Gainsight and other tools
  • Maintain optimal platform adoption after customer events

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in Customer Success or Account Management in a SaaS company
  • Experience managing US-region clients
  • Willingness to work in US time zone (PST)
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong presentation and public speaking abilities
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Self-starter who can learn new tools independently
