What You’ll Be Working On
- Manage a portfolio of 40+ mid-market SaaS accounts
- Lead onboarding and product training for new customers
- Build long-term, trusted client relationships
- Provide dedicated support and strategic guidance
- Track usage analytics and identify account expansion opportunities
- Collaborate with product engineers to improve user experience
- Partner with Sales to drive revenue growth within accounts
- Identify networking, referral, and upsell opportunities
- Monitor account health using Gainsight and other tools
- Maintain optimal platform adoption after customer events
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in Customer Success or Account Management in a SaaS company
- Experience managing US-region clients
- Willingness to work in US time zone (PST)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong presentation and public speaking abilities
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Self-starter who can learn new tools independently
