What You’ll Be Working On
You will help customers successfully adopt and use the platform from onboarding to long-term relationship management. The role combines customer support + customer success, making you both a problem solver and a growth partner for clients.
What You’ll Do
Customer Support (Daily Operations)
- Act as the first point of contact via chat, email, and phone
- Assist customers with onboarding, setup, and training
- Troubleshoot platform and technical issues
- Follow up to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction
- Escalate critical issues and track resolution progress
Customer Success (Proactive Engagement)
- Improve product adoption and usage
- Conduct regular customer check-ins
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Collect and document feedback for product improvements
- Ensure smooth lifecycle transitions with internal teams
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain CRM records of interactions and feedback
- Track CSAT, response time, and resolution metrics
- Create help docs, FAQs, and knowledge base content
Requirements
- 1+ year experience in Customer Support or Customer Success (SaaS preferred)
- Experience working remotely
- Strong written & verbal English communication
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho or similar)
- Ability to troubleshoot software issues
- Strong time management & multitasking skills
- Customer-focused mindset and relationship-building ability
Good to Have
- Experience with Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Intercom
- Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge
- Understanding of SaaS workflows and onboarding processes
