Job Role: Customer Support Specialist (Remote)
This role is central to managing client communication, documentation quality, AI workflow evaluation, and operational process improvements. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure real estate transactions are handled with speed, clarity, and precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client queries related to transactions, documents, and platform usage
- Track real estate transactions and ensure documentation meets compliance standards
- Perform quality control audits on internal submissions and operational data
- Evaluate AI model responses for accuracy, quality, and relevance
- Maintain speed and precision while managing workflow checks
- Monitor operational issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams for resolution
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest scalable improvements
- Analyse customer feedback and translate insights into process enhancements
- Support product and engineering teams in automation and feature rollouts
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Operations, or Customer Support
- SaaS or startup experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Strong attention to detail in documentation and systems
- Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Interest in AI, automation, and operational efficiency
- Strong time management and independent working ability
