As Eneba expands its global footprint, they are looking for a strong Customer Support Team Lead to help drive operational excellence and team performance in a fully remote environment.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead and mentor a B2C Customer Support team to achieve operational KPIs
  • Drive high customer satisfaction through quality assurance and coaching
  • Handle escalations and ensure complaints are resolved professionally
  • Collaborate with planning teams on staffing and hiring
  • Conduct performance reviews and employee appraisals
  • Partner cross-functionally to improve processes and workflows
  • Monitor business metrics and optimize support effectiveness
  • Improve user journeys, touchpoints, and customer experience flows
  • Promote experimentation and continuous improvement within the team

 What They’re Looking For

  • Proven experience leading and developing remote or hybrid teams
  • Ability to set clear deliverables and improve Customer Success metrics
  • Strong leadership presence with excellent communication skills
  • Experience managing teams of 10+ members (preferred)
  • Project management mindset with continuous improvement focus
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity and fast-paced change
  • Strong understanding of tone of voice and customer communication strategy
  • Experience in startups, digital marketplaces, or evolving products is highly desirable
  • Strong English communication skills
