This Remote Customer Success Executive role is designed for experienced professionals who excel at managing enterprise relationships, driving product adoption, and ensuring long-term customer value.
Role Overview
As a Customer Success Executive, you will work directly with large, multi-divisional, and Fortune 500 customers to ensure they achieve meaningful business outcomes using Lumen’s solutions. You will monitor customer health, guide adoption maturity, manage renewals, and identify expansion opportunities through upsell and cross-sell strategies in collaboration with sales and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Build long-term relationships with decision makers and influencers
- Monitor customer usage data, health indicators, and renewal timelines
- Improve product and portal adoption with best-practice guidance
- Create and execute a customer success plan across the lifecycle
- Identify expansion opportunities and partner with sales teams
- Drive revenue retention, renewal strategy, and risk management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across sales, product, and delivery
- Present insights and strategies to C-level stakeholders
- Ensure successful deployment and value realization of solutions
Required Experience & Skills
- 7+ years in Customer Success or Account Management
- Experience handling complex, enterprise, multi-divisional clients
- Strong communication and executive-level presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into customer insights
- Knowledge of networking, technology, and data solutions
- Ability to guide cross-functional teams toward customer outcomes
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with MS Office tools
Compensation (US Based)
Base salary varies by state and experience:

$86,825 – $115,763 in select states including AL, AZ, FL, GA, OH, PA, TN, UT, WI, and more

$91,172 – $121,559 in CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, RI

$95,508 – $127,344 in CA, NY, TX, VA, WA, NJ, MA, IL, DC, and others
