What You’ll Be Working On

You will provide fast, friendly support to customers, troubleshoot issues, and ensure long-term retention by delivering clear and effective solutions.
This role combines customer support + client retention + service expansion.

What You’ll Do

Customer Satisfaction

• Respond to customer inquiries quickly and accurately
• Provide complete and reliable information
• Communicate with empathy and professionalism

Conflict Resolution

• Handle customer concerns and escalations
• Collaborate with clients to find solutions
• Maintain a positive and confident tone

Client Retention & Growth

• Identify service gaps and recommend solutions
• Support account expansion conversations
• Help retain customers and improve satisfaction

Requirements

• 1–3 years in customer service or client-facing role
• Experience using customer support software
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities
• Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
• Problem-solving mindset in fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and deadline management

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree
• Experience supporting large B2B accounts
• Knowledge base documentation experience
• Background in finance, insurance, healthcare, or business services support
