They’re now looking for Customer Support Specialists who love helping people, solving problems, and communicating clearly through chat and email.
If you enjoy turning customer questions into happy experiences, this role is for you.
What you will be doing
- Support customers through Chat and Email
- Help with account questions, payments, and product guidance
- Troubleshoot issues in a friendly, patient, and professional way
- Follow safety and compliance processes to protect customers
- Work in rotating shifts, including some weekends, to support European users
- Share customer feedback internally to improve the product
What they are looking for
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and empathy when handling customer issues
- Comfortable working rotational shifts
- Interest in fintech, digital payments, or crypto
- Previous customer support experience is helpful but not mandatory
- Eligible to work as a freelancer on a 12-month services contract
