What You’ll Be Working On

As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll help customers troubleshoot technical issues, respond to support tickets, and ensure a smooth customer experience across multiple communication channels.

You’ll work closely with internal teams and external customers to solve problems quickly and build long-term customer trust.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle customer support requests through phone, email, software platforms, and internal systems
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related customer issues
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalated support cases
  • Communicate with customers proactively before issues become larger problems
  • Maintain fast response times and high-quality customer service standards
  • Use CRM and ticketing systems to manage and track cases
  • Collaborate with Product and Support teams to improve customer experience
  • Build strong relationships with customers through clear and timely communication
  • Use tools like Salesforce, Zoom, Slack, and other support platforms

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer support or technical support experience
  • Experience handling customer interactions virtually or in person
  • Familiarity with high-volume ticketing systems
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce is preferred
  • Comfortable using remote communication tools such as Zoom and Slack
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple support requests
