This position focuses on resolving order issues, tracking deliveries, and supporting internal teams to ensure smooth customer operations.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Shipment tracking and delivery coordination
- Resolving order discrepancies and backorders
- Supporting internal departments
- Customer follow-ups and satisfaction
What You’ll Do
Order Tracking & Updates
- Research ETA, shipment tracking and proof of delivery
- Send order confirmations and acknowledgements
- Inform customers about order status and procedures
- Follow up via email or phone for resolution updates
Problem Resolution
- Investigate delivery discrepancies and backorders
- Process return authorizations and adjustments
- Review shipping policy exceptions with management
- Ensure customer satisfaction after resolution
Internal Collaboration
- Work with Accounting on held orders
- Coordinate with Purchasing on drop shipments and replacements
- Communicate with Territory Managers regarding updates
Training & Growth
- Participate in company and vendor training programs
- Continuous learning in logistics and order systems

Requirements
