Role Overview
As a Tier 2 Customer Care Representative, you will manage escalated support cases from Tier 1 agents and directly assist customers with subscription, billing, and technical concerns. You’ll work in a shift environment and stay updated through ongoing training on product and policy changes.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle escalated customer issues via phone, email, and social media
- Resolve billing, subscription, and technical support cases
- Aim for one-call resolution and high customer satisfaction
- Use internal tools and systems to diagnose and solve issues
- Stay updated with product, service, and policy knowledge
- Maintain professionalism across all communication channels
Required Experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience handling escalations in customer care or call center roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with social media engagement and responses
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer handling skills
Other Requirements
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, holidays, and overtime if needed
