In this role, you’ll support business customers across different regions, solve day-to-day account and order-related queries, and work closely with internal teams to deliver a smooth customer experience.

What You’ll Do

Support Customers

• Respond to customer queries through email and chat.
• Help resolve product, order, and account-related issues.
• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts.
• Build long-term relationships by providing reliable support.
• Keep customer records and interactions up to date.

Collaborate Across Teams

• Coordinate with sales, operations, and technical teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain high service standards.
• Help improve internal support documentation and processes.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–5 years of experience in customer support, account support, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working remotely with a reliable internet connection.
• Familiar with customer support platforms and digital tools.

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting B2B customers.
• Background in manufacturing or shared-services environments.
• Experience using CRM or ticketing software.
• Comfortable working with some overlap in European business hours.
