A quick note about Foris Capital and Crypto.com
This role supports Foris Capital US LLC, which is Crypto.com’s regulated broker-dealer business in the US.
That’s important because this is not a crypto trading support role in the usual sense. It’s tied to the company’s regulated securities business, which is why they’re specifically asking for candidates with brokerage experience and FINRA licenses.
The company also notes that Foris Capital is separate from Crypto.com’s crypto business, and securities activity through Foris Capital is handled differently from crypto balances or transactions on Crypto.com’s broader platform.
Why this role stands out
A lot of customer support jobs in finance are either vague or overloaded with corporate wording. This one is more direct about what they actually need: someone who understands brokerage support, has the right licenses, and can handle customers professionally across multiple channels.
If you’ve been working in trading support and want to move into a remote role with a recognizable fintech brand, this could be a strong fit.
