About the Role
Propelus is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join its remote Customer Support team in the United States.
In this role, you’ll help healthcare professionals using the CE Broker platform through phone, live chat, and email support. This is a fast-paced SaaS support position where you’ll solve technical issues, educate customers about account features, and deliver exceptional customer experiences every day.
If you enjoy troubleshooting software, explaining technical concepts in simple language, and working in a high-volume support environment, this could be a great opportunity.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer questions through phone, live chat, and email.
- Deliver friendly, accurate, and timely customer support.
- Troubleshoot software issues and guide users through solutions.
- Handle a high volume of inbound support requests efficiently.
- Work alongside AI-powered support tools to resolve more complex customer issues.
- Help customers understand CE Broker account features and subscription options.
- Document recurring customer issues and provide feedback to internal teams.
- Improve internal knowledge base articles and support documentation.
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction while meeting productivity goals.
- Collaborate with teammates to improve the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in SaaS customer support, technical support, or contact center roles.
- Experience using Zendesk or similar CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable learning new software platforms and AI-powered tools.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, easy-to-understand language.
- Associate degree or higher preferred.
- Spanish language skills are a plus.
Remote Work Requirements
To succeed in this remote role, you’ll need:
- A quiet and professional home office.
- Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 25–50 Mbps download and 5–10 Mbps upload).
- Stable internet capable of supporting high-quality VoIP phone calls throughout your shift.
