About the Role

Conduent is hiring a Remote Customer Service Representative to join its work-from-home customer support team in the United States.

In this role, you’ll assist customers through phone and digital communication channels by answering questions, processing enrollment information, and helping individuals navigate the NJ Family Care Program. You’ll receive paid training, company-provided equipment, and ongoing support to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Answer customer questions through phone and digital support channels.
• Assist applicants, beneficiaries, and enrolled members with NJ Family Care inquiries.
• Process enrollment requests, account updates, complaints, and customer records accurately.
• Enter application and enrollment information into internal systems.
• Explain program rules and eligibility requirements in a clear and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate documentation for every customer interaction.
• Follow company procedures and healthcare program guidelines.
• Deliver friendly, empathetic, and high-quality customer service.
• Work efficiently while handling multiple tasks throughout the day.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of customer service or call center experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Comfortable using multiple computer systems simultaneously.
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated home workspace.
• Ability to work with customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Successful completion of background and drug screening.

Work From Home Requirements

To work successfully from home, you’ll need:

• A quiet and distraction-free home office.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Company technical requirements that support remote work.
• Availability to complete 5–6 weeks of paid training (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM).
• Flexible availability during scheduled production hours after training.
