About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative 2, you’ll act as a key connection point between customers, internal teams, and business partners. This is not just a basic “answer the phone and move on” customer service job there’s a strong coordination and operations side to it too.
You’ll be helping with customer communication, issue resolution, workflow management, report review, and support for account and sales-related activity. The role also involves keeping an eye on patterns, high-priority items, and possible opportunities that come out of customer or account data.

What You’ll Be Doing
Support customers and internal teams
- Build strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Respond to customer questions, requests, and escalations in a timely way
- Act as a reliable point of contact between departments, clients, and partners
- Help make sure concerns are resolved clearly and professionally
Keep workflows moving
- Triage incoming work and help make sure tasks are prioritized properly
- Coordinate high-value or sensitive items across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Keep people updated on progress, timelines, delays, and next steps
- Support smooth day-to-day operations and help reduce confusion between teams
Track patterns and surface issues
- Monitor customer concerns and recurring problems
- Share trends, issues, or patterns with leadership when they need attention
- Help the team spot service gaps, communication issues, or workflow bottlenecks early
Work with reports and business data
- Review reports to identify useful trends, opportunities, or possible leads
- Support sales and account management teams by flagging relevant customer or business insights
- Use data and reporting to help improve service, account growth, or internal decisions
What They’re Looking For
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Good attention to detail and ability to stay organized
- Ability to work across teams and handle client-facing communication professionally
- Experience reviewing reports or data and pulling out useful insights
Preferred / Helpful
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or a related industry
- Experience working with vendor or provider relationships
- Confidence handling escalations, coordination work, and cross-functional support
