Customer Service Representative

✨ What you’ll be working on

In this role, you’ll help customers who have purchased a spa online and guide them through the delivery process. A big part of the job is making sure customers know what to expect, what they need to prepare, and where to go if they have questions.

Your day-to-day work may include:

• Calling customers to share delivery-related updates and important information
• Sending follow-up emails about spa delivery timelines, requirements, and next steps
• Answering customer questions around the delivery process
• Explaining recommendations, requirements, and available support resources
• Handling basic product-related questions
• Keeping proper tracking and reporting records
• Working with the customer care team on escalations when needed
• Following internal processes and company policies during all customer interactions

Remote work requirements

Since this is a permanent remote role, the company has a few mandatory setup requirements.
