Network Solutions is hiring a Remote Technical Chat Support professional in India. You’ll work with customers who need help with domains, web hosting, email, websites, and other online services while building valuable technical support experience.

What You’ll Be Working On
You’ll be the first person customers reach when they need technical help. Your goal is to resolve issues quickly while providing a friendly and professional support experience.
Your daily responsibilities include:
- Help customers troubleshoot technical issues through chat, email, and calls.
- Follow up to make sure customer issues are fully resolved.
- Handle customer escalations and coordinate with internal teams when needed.
- Diagnose problems related to domains, hosting, websites, and email services.
- Test new products and features before release.
- Report bugs and work closely with product and engineering teams.
- Suggest ideas that improve customer experience and internal processes.
- Support customers during rotating shifts in a 24×7 environment.
What They’re Looking For
You’ll likely be a good fit if you have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Confidence handling customer conversations across multiple support channels.
- The ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- A passion for helping customers solve technical issues.
- Comfortable working rotational shifts.
Technical Skills
Experience with some of the following will be helpful:
- DNS (Domain Name System)
- Networking fundamentals
- Domain names and web hosting
- Linux and Windows basics
- cPanel and Plesk
- Email configuration (IMAP, POP3, SMTP)
- Web servers
- WordPress and other CMS platforms
- Website troubleshooting
