We’re looking for a Customer Support Engineer who enjoys solving technical problems and helping customers get the best performance from their equipment. In this role, you’ll install, maintain, troubleshoot, and support advanced scientific instruments while building strong relationships with customers across your assigned region.
If you have a mix of technical knowledge, customer service skills, and a hands-on approach, this could be a great opportunity.
What You’ll Do
- Install and calibrate customer systems.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and restore system performance quickly.
- Help maintain high equipment uptime for customers.
- Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
- Support spare parts and accessories sales.
- Build long-term customer relationships through responsive service.
- Track service activities and help ensure timely payment collection.
- Deliver a high standard of customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in technical customer support, field service, or equipment maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage service priorities.
- Willingness to travel when required for customer support activities.
