Headout is hiring Associate and Senior Associate, Customer Experience professionals to join its remote team across India. If you enjoy solving problems, talking to customers, and making every interaction a positive one, this could be a great opportunity.
In this role, you’ll support customers through chat, email, and phone calls, helping them with bookings, questions, and travel-related issues. You’ll also work closely with internal teams to make sure customers receive quick and accurate solutions.

- Deliver friendly and professional customer service.
