Network Solutions is hiring Product Support Associates to join its remote team in India. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates who enjoy solving technical problems, helping customers, and learning new technologies. You’ll support customers through chat, email, and phone while troubleshooting websites, domains, hosting, email, and other online products.

What you’ll be working on

• Help customers resolve technical issues through chat, email, and phone.
• Troubleshoot problems related to domains, hosting, websites, and email services.
• Follow up with customers until their issues are resolved.
• Handle customer escalations professionally.
• Test new products and report bugs or technical issues.
• Work with internal teams to improve customer experience.
• Maintain accurate support records and documentation.
• Work in rotational shifts as part of a 24/7 support team.

• Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or Computer Science.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
