What You’ll Be Working On
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, and live chat
- Take full ownership of issues and ensure timely resolution
- Troubleshoot technical and non-technical problems
- Escalate complex issues to internal teams
- Collaborate with QA and Engineering to resolve bugs
- Track customer feedback and suggest improvements
- Maintain knowledge base articles and documentation
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1+ year experience in customer support
- Experience supporting international customers (US, UK, AU preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Willingness to work rotational shifts (including nights)
- SaaS experience (mandatory)
Good to Have
- Experience with Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Intercom
- Familiarity with Jira or ticketing systems
- Ability to explain technical issues simply
- Strong analytical thinking
