We’re hiring a Remote Customer Support Representative India to deliver high-quality support to global customers across North America, the UK, and Australia.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Handle customer queries via phone, email, and live chat
• Take full ownership of issues and ensure timely resolution
• Troubleshoot technical and non-technical problems
• Escalate complex issues to internal teams
• Collaborate with QA and Engineering to resolve bugs
• Track customer feedback and suggest improvements
• Maintain knowledge base articles and documentation

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline
• 1+ year experience in customer support
• Experience supporting international customers (US, UK, AU preferred)
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong problem-solving mindset
• Willingness to work rotational shifts (including nights)
• SaaS experience (mandatory)

Good to Have

• Experience with Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Intercom
• Familiarity with Jira or ticketing systems
• Ability to explain technical issues simply
• Strong analytical thinking
