Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and customer tools
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • Quiet, distraction-free home office environment
  • Must reside in eligible US states (AR, AZ, FL, GA, IN, KY, MD, NC, NM, NV, OH, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI)
  • Ability to pass background and employment checks

 Preferred Qualifications

  • Call center or fast-paced support experience
  • Experience with tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, or Talkdesk
  • Previous remote work experience
  • Background in bridal, wedding, or fashion industry
