About the Role

Boulevard is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join its remote Customer Support team in the United States.

In this role, you’ll become a trusted resource for business owners, front desk teams, and service providers who use the Boulevard platform every day. You’ll troubleshoot technical issues, answer customer questions, and ensure every interaction leaves customers feeling confident and supported.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide customer support through live chat, email, phone, text messaging, and screen sharing.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues while delivering accurate and timely solutions.
  • Resolve complex Tier 1 support tickets with confidence and ownership.
  • Explain technical information in a simple, customer-friendly way.
  • Personalize responses instead of relying only on standard templates.
  • Handle escalated customer conversations professionally and empathetically.
  • Contribute to internal documentation, knowledge base articles, and support resources.
  • Identify recurring customer issues and recommend process improvements.
  • Follow incident response procedures when technical issues arise.
  • Share customer feedback, product trends, and improvement opportunities with internal teams.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Customer Experience teams.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of customer-facing SaaS customer support experience.
  • Previous experience supporting technical software platforms.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Comfortable explaining technical topics to non-technical users.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Experience supporting scheduling, payments, inventory, reporting, or similar software is a plus.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional during complex customer situations.

Work Schedule

This position generally follows:

  • Monday–Friday
  • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
  • Occasional holiday or extended-hour coverage as business needs require.
